What we collect
What you enter in the contact form: name, company, work email, phone number, topic, estimated number of users and your message. What you enter when booking a call: name, email and the time you book. The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to you, arrange a meeting and handle the sales and customer communication that follows. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry and the consent you give in the form.
Who handles it
Pilvi staff. Email and booking run on Google Workspace, and the website is hosted in Finland by our group company Louhi. We never sell your data or pass it on for marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation or customer relationship continues, and at most 24 months after our last contact, unless a customer relationship or the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing and withdraw your consent. Send your request to sales@pilvi.com. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows a Google Calendar booking page. When these load, Google receives your IP address.
